whole sequence of poses that the teachers put together at Two Hearts are just what a pregnant and tired women needs. Triangle was my favorite to stretch the side body. Zen loved hanging out under my right rib cage, so Triangle felt particularly amazing! Anything wide legged felt blissful as well.
What was your favorite part about being pregnant?
We aren’t sure! He definitely has light hair with Tyler’s olive skin. We shall see!

You may have seen Dr. Karla Pineda at Two Hearts. I was happy to have a chat with her over the phone, even with a warning that her almost-six month old son Mateo might want in on the action.
You work with mothers, pre- and postnatal. How would you describe what you do for them?
I specialize in prenatal care, helping alleviate whatever kind of aches or pains or discomfort the mothers cialis generique might have. I could have talked with her for hours, but she was in the middle of planning a birthday party for her little almost-four-year-old girl. She tells us here what yoga has meant to her, about pre/postpartum depression, crazy hormones and creating strength and flexibility during and after pregnancy for the body and the mind.
When you’re going to have a baby, it’s like planning a fabulous vacation trip—to Italy. You buy a bunch of guide books and make your wonderful plans. The Coliseum. The Michelangelo David. The gondolas in Venice. You may learn some handy phrases in Italian. It’s all very exciting.
After months of eager anticipation, the day finally arrives. You pack your bags and off you go. Several hours later, the plane lands. The stewardess comes in and says, “Welcome to Holland.”
