was going to have a baby, I couldn’t wait to chat her up. We did a
big interview together for another blog when she and her strappingly handsome husband Tyler got engaged, and then another one after the honeymoon. I remember being struck by their obvious compatability, their generous spirit toward each other and their optimism about the future. https://www.acheterviagrafr24.com/viagra-en-france/ Two years later, the two who’ve known each other since second grade are parents to Zen Ian Pagan.
Congratulations! When was your son born?
Zen was born on September 17th at 1:03am (which apparently is Ganesha’s birthday!).
Did you have a hospital birth?
How did you guys come up with the name?
Did you do yoga when you were pregnant?
whole sequence of poses that the teachers put together at Two Hearts are just what a pregnant and tired women needs. Triangle was my favorite to stretch the side body. Zen loved hanging out under my right rib cage, so Triangle felt particularly amazing! Anything wide legged felt blissful as well.
What was your favorite part about being pregnant?
We aren’t sure! He definitely has light hair with Tyler’s olive skin. We shall see!
Thank you Rachel! Congratulations!
Rachel is a yoga teacher, a makeup artist and happy to say she’s a new mother. Find her here on Facebook, and take a class with her at Two Hearts when she comes back from maternity leave!
