Baby and Me Yoga
Offers new mothers a space to revive their yoga practice while still attending to their baby’s needs. These classes are uniquely geared toward the mothers. They are designed to support them in regaining strength and flexibility, and to nurture the vitality and equanimity they need to meet the challenges of an infant. These classes are a unique opportunity to create community with other mothers and share the joys and trails of child rearing.
Kids Yoga
Empowers children to develop a command and awareness of their own bodies through conscious breathing, playful yoga, inspiring story-telling, fun games and soothing relaxation and visualization. In the engaging and nurturing environment of a Two Hearts Yoga class, kids will gain concentration, confidence, calm, coordination at home and school, too!
Teen Yoga
